David Enhco a la musique dans le sang, et pour cause, il est né dans une famille d'artistes et mélomanes : grand-père chef d'orchestre (Jean-Claude Casadesus), grand-mère comédienne (Gisèle Casadesus), mère cantatrice (Caroline Casadesus) et pour couronner le tout, un beau-père violoniste (Didier Lockwood).
